The Ace Awards are presented to two PCAs on my team each business quarter. PCAs can earn the ace award by meeting or exceeding in all or a majority of the set metrics for the quarter, or if it's felt that the PCA has shown great improvement over the quarter.
Ace Award winners recieve 100 Standout Points to spend on the company rewards site. In addition I will mail them a certificate of achievement, a "Flying Ace" ace of diamonds card, and a pilot wing pin. In addition, their name will be on the "Ace board", which is featured behind me during any on camera meeting I am involved with.
