This is the ICC Contact Center team under supervisor Jaison, and we use Snoopy the World War I Flying Ace as our team mascot! If you're here, you're one of the crew, or a friend of the crew, so welcome! I set this website up initially to allow me to distribute the team's cook book since company policy prohibits the sending of attachments to external email addresses, and I added a virtual version of our "Ace Award" wall of fame. I may expand it further for other fun team activities or projects that don't tie directly to the work that we do.
